Because of the new reporting and tax collection requirements established by the PACT Act, we are currently shipping to a limited number of areas. The following states are available for shipping:

We are, for a limited time, offering shipping via USPS Priority Mail (free over $75!). We are no longer offering our free-for-all-orders First Class Mail shipping option. There is a $5 signature fee on all USPS shipments, including orders that qualify for free Priority shipping. Adult signature is required at delivery for ALL shipments.
Sales tax and excise tax (where applicable) is now collected at checkout for all orders.
Updates have been published to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy to describe our new data processing and handling policies as relate to PACT Act requirements for storing and reporting tobacco product purchase information.
Age verification for all orders is now completed as part of the checkout process, and is no longer account-based. This means that you can now check out without creating a Giant Vapes account or logging into your account - but you will only receive rewards points for orders you place when logged-in so we do recommend continuing to use your account!

We're working around the clock to make sure we can continue to ship to as many customers as possible, and we are hoping to provide as close to uninterrupted service as possible, to as many of our customers as possible, but there are delivery areas that will not have delivery coverage right away. If you're in a rural area, now's a great time for you to pick up some extra vape supplies. If you get your orders shipped to an address outside the continental United States (Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and overseas military mail addresses) we recommend you stock up now, as we will not be able to ship to those regions in the near future. When we have more specific information about locations that we can or cannot ship to within the US, we'll post an update here.

Due to recent regulatory changes, FedEx has decided to stop transporting shipments of vapor products, effective March 1. We will still have other domestic shipping options available for the forseeable future, but all domestic FedEx shipping options and all international shipping options will no longer be available starting on

We do hope to have an alternative overnight and/or 2 day delivery option available for you soon. Our free First Class Mail option and USPS Priority mail options will remain available.
To our international customers, we also ask that you subscribe to our newsletters. If we're able to reopen international shipping in the future, we will send out a notification to our international account holders and newsletter subscribers. We hope that day is soon!
Giant Vapes will be closed Monday, 2/15/2021 for the holiday. All orders placed over the holiday weekend will ship as quickly as possible when we reopen. Our same-day shipping guarantee is suspended from 2/12/2021 until 2/17/2021.

For the safety of our staff and due to a winter storm and associated hazardous weather conditions at our office & shipping facility in Rhode Island, Giant Vapes is closed on Monday, 2/1/2021. At the end of December 2020, the US Congress passed a rule that will include e-cigarettes and vapor products in the Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking (“PACT”) Act as part of the omnibus 2021 Consolidated Appropriations Act. To explain it very simply, this change means that starting at the end of March, vapor products can not be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
As a company operated by vapers, we want you to know that we are committed to continuing to provide you with a secure, convenient way to order and receive your vape products.
