Here at Giant Vapes, we pride ourselves on our ability to provide you with high-quality products and world-class customer service. Previously we were able to ship to all locations within the United States, but due to the strict enforcement of the Pact Act, our shipment capabilities are currently limited. The Pact Act directly affected USPS and makes it so no vapor retailer can use the postal service. UPS, FedEx, and DHL made their own policies to reflect the same federal restrictions on USPS, however some exceptions have been made on a case-by-case basis. Giant Vapes anticipated the enactment of the Pact Act and has been working diligently with a network of independent carriers to continue shipping orders to the majority of our customers in the United States.
