When Will My Pickup Be Ready? 

If you placed your order before 6pm, you can come pick it up the same day! Otherwise, your order will be ready the next business day. We'll hold all pickups for 30 days before issuing a refund with a restocking fee. Let us know if you need it held any longer!

Where Do I Go When I Get There? 

Find the first available store associate and tell them you're there for a Giant Vapes pickup order, they'll do the rest!

What Should I Bring?

Please bring your Driver's License or State-Issued Photo ID as well as a copy of your order confirmation (you can just show us the email on your phone). 

Are There Any Order Requirements For Pickup?

You must be over 21 to purchase or pick up from us Besides that you can come pick up a pack of coils, or enough juice to last you five years (juices expire, we don't recommend picking up that much...but also wont stop you). 

I'm Not Seeing Pickup As An Option In Checkout

Right now we're only offering this to people who live in the area surrounding this store. If, for any reason, you live outside that area but would still like to pickup your order there, please contact Giant Vapes Customer Service at cs@giantvapes.com or call (804) 631 - 9164 BEFORE placing your order so that we can make the proper arrangements for you!
