The Vinci 2 device is before its time with the upgraded Gene AI 2.0 Chip. The Vinci 2 not only has the classic variable wattage, but also provides a SMART mode and RBA mode. The SMART mode can identify the resistance of the coil, which automatically adjusts the power output according to the coil installed and limits the max output to avoid burning your coil. In the RBA mode you can manually control all settings, which allows you to break the power limit.
