US USUnsure as to When the batteries!!
I'm Very Uncertain as to When the batteries are Completely! 2nd What does "Static" Mean?It says in the Tiny manual that the Charger will Stop Charging&go into "STATIC" Mode.I'm Not Einstein but have Excellent common sense skills&understanding of reading&Trying to draw My Own conclusions,because of the Vague Directions!! &Does it take a lot longer to charge on .5 vs 1.0? Does it give the battery much more lasting life charging on .5 vs 1.0. Aside of All these questions&issues it is much better than the other '2' battery charger I'd been using.Most importantly VERY HAPPY it has a Wall plug outlet!! I really need some Answers Please. It's a great external charger, and includes and LED readout of how much amperage and voltage your batteries have achieved. It will recharge your mod's batteries faster than if you were to simply hook up the mod to a mini-USB off your computer.
