I reached out over a day ago and I haven't heard back.

First, be sure to check in the "Spam" and "Junk" mail folders of your email account. Usually you'll find our reply there if it didn't make it to your inbox! If you don't see our response there, please email us again.

Our customer service staff is in office Monday - Friday between 10:00 am - 6:00 pm Central Time. We are closed on the weekends and on holidays. You can always find current closures in the announcements section of our Shipping Policy. We do respond to all messages as quickly as possible after any holiday closures.

I'm having trouble with age verification.

Be sure to use your full legal name and your legal address for placing orders with Giant Vapes. We cannot accept or ship orders to you unless you're using the same name and address you would for official business, like filing your taxes or submitted a credit card application. No nicknames, no mail forwarders, and no PO boxes. Please contact customer service if you have more questions about age verification.

When will my order ship?

All orders will be shipped from our warehouse within 1-2 weeks from date of purchase. These times are subject to change depending on general order volume. Why is our handling time so long?! Due to how the new vape carrier networks work, we have to wait until we have a certain amount of orders before we can send them for distribution. So the more orders we get, the quicker we can get everyone's orders delivered!

When your order leaves our warehouse for regional distribution, you will receive a notification that your order has shipped. Please allow the promised delivery time (10-16 business days) for delivery upon receiving the shipped notification. 

During holidays, sales and promotional events, and other special circumstances, orders may take an additional 2-4 business days to ship. Holiday closures, sales and promotional events which impact our shipping turnaround time, and special circumstances (including weather or disaster closures) will be announced via our social media outlets, listed below, and/or in our newsletter.

Where do you ship from?

We ship all orders from our fulfillment center partners. We are partnering with other fulfillment centers around the US to make your fulfillment times even faster!

My order is awaiting fulfillment, what does that mean?

The Awaiting Fulfillment and Awaiting Shipment order statuses (on your My Account page) are what you’ll see when you have successfully completed your order. These statuses mean that your order is being prepared for shipment by our team.

Your order status will update to "Shipped" when it has shipped, and you'll receive a tracking number via email, during our regular business hours, 10am - 6pm Central Time, Monday-Friday.

Can you ship to my APO/FPO address?

Unfortunately, no. Vapor products cannot be shipped to military mail addresses.

Do you ship internationally?

No, at this time we only ship to customers inside the United States.


 

The item I want is out of stock.

You won’t be able to order an item that’s currently out of stock. If a specific item is not available to ship immediately, you’ll see a restock notification prompt instead of the usual “Add to Cart” button. Just enter your email address there and you’ll receive a one-time notification email when we have that item available to ship again.

We can not take pre-orders on any item that's currently out of stock. We also cannot hold shipping on any order.

Is tax calculated when I place an order?

Sales tax and excise tax will be calculated for your order where applicable. We comply with all PACT Act tax collection & reporting requirements.


 

What is the difference between regular e-liquid and nicotine salt e-liquids?

That's a great question. Traditional e-liquids (regular ejuices) are made with a form of nicotine directly extracted from tobacco. That nicotine is added to PG and VG along with flavorings to make a regular ejuice. These traditional blends usually range from 0mg (no nicotine at all) to 12mg/ml or 18mg/ml in strength (1.2% or 1.8% nicotine by volume). These e-liquids are pretty versatile, and can be used in a wide variety of devices, just depending on your personal preference and the formulation of the liquid.

On the other hand, nicotine salt eliquids contain a different kind of nicotine base. Nicotine salt base, or buffered nicotine, is a combination of tobacco-extracted nicotine with specific acids to reduce the PH level of the nicotine in your eliquid. This makes nicotine salt eliquids less harsh to vape at higher nicotine strengths, so you’ll find them available in much higher nicotine strengths (up to 50mg/ml or 5% by volume). While this makes them ideal for smokers trying to transition to e-cigarettes, it also means that you’ll use these formulations only with low-powered devices intended for nicotine salts. You should never vape nicotine salt e-liquids with sub-ohm tanks and coils, or at high wattages and temperatures, because they contain much more nicotine than standard e-liquids.

Should I use regular ejuice or nicotine salts?

That's up to you, and what kind of experience you want. Just remember: regular ejuices have low nicotine strength and can be used with almost any vape kit. Nicotine salt ejuices have a lot of nicotine in them, and should only be used with low-wattage vape kits specifically designed for use with high-nicotine eliquid.

How do I sell my products on Giant Vapes?

My credit card was declined but I still see a charge?

In the event that your credit card was declined but you still see a charge please contact your credit card company. Often, they will place a hold on your account for the amount you attempted to charge even though no charge went through. On our end we only see a declined transaction so we unfortunately cannot help you further.

Typically, credit card companies will place a hold on your account for the amount you attempted to charge for 2-5 business days and then it will fall off but, again, we recommend you contact your credit card company or bank to get more information. We have also noticed that declined transactions typically occur due to an address or ZIP code mismatch with what is on file for your credit card or bank. Please ensure you are using the correct billing and shipping address that matches what is on file for whichever card you are using or your transaction will get declined not only with us, but any other online merchant as well. All ecommerce websites use third-party merchant processors to process your transactions and they are the gatekeepers to allowing, or denying, your charges based on the data provided to them by your credit card company and/or bank.
