Free Shipping Now Available For All Orders Over $150

Add 150 dollars or more of any product to your cart and you'll see the Free Shipping option in checkout. Only applies to customers within our delivery network or customers who are picking up their orders.

USPS HAS BANNED VAPE DELIVERY AS OF 10/21/2021. We currently offer Giant Delivery, using 3rd party shipping channels. These channels are subject to change.

Due to the USPS ban, we can no longer ship to US P.O. Boxes

Proof of age (valid government-issued ID) and adult signature at delivery required. If you are unable to show your ID and sign at delivery, and your shipment is returned, you will receive a refund for your returned products, but all shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.

Available as a paid shipping option. Rate depends on order contents & delivery location.

Includes domestic tracking number. (Tracking dependent on last-mile carrier)

Transit time may be longer during holidays, and may be effected by weather, errors on the order address, and other factors related to carrier routing and transit times.

Transit time / day of delivery is estimated, not guaranteed.

International Shipping Options

At this time, Giant Vapes does not offer any international shipping options.

How much will I pay for shipping?

All shipping costs are based on the approximate weight and size of the products ordered, and your location. You can see rates and choose your preferred option before checking out.

When will my Giant Vapes order be shipped?

All orders will be shipped from our warehouse within 1-2 weeks from date of purchase. These times are subject to change depending on general order volume. Why is our handling time so long?! Due to how the new vape carrier networks work, we have to wait until we have a certain amount of orders before we can send them for distribution. So the more orders we get, the quicker we can get everyone's orders delivered!

When your order leaves our warehouse for regional distribution, you will receive a notification that your order has shipped. Please allow the promised delivery time (10-16 business days) for delivery upon receiving the shipped notification. 

During holidays, sales and promotional events, and other special circumstances, orders may take an additional 2-4 business days to ship. Holiday closures, sales and promotional events which impact our shipping turnaround time, and special circumstances (including weather or disaster closures) will be announced via our social media outlets, listed below, and/or in our newsletter.

So that we can ship all orders as quickly as possible, we are unable to hold or delay shipping on orders by request.

Where does my Giant Vapes order ship from?

We ship all orders from our shipping facility in Virginia. They are then sent to regional distribution facilities for delivery to their respective areas. 

How do I track my order?

Please visit our order tracking page for information on how to track your package. Tracking is available on all packages except for orders to Virginia. If you have an order to a VA residence, please contact cs@giantvapes.com for information regarding the shipping on your order.

All order tracking is now handled through ROUTE. This service gives you a better understanding of your order's shipment and offers package security. See our ROUTE FAQ for more information!

Shipping Restrictions

Due to federal regulations and the recent shipping shutoff from USPS, we are currently able to ship to a limited number of areas only. We are working around the clock to open new shipping areas as quickly as possible.

We are accepting orders to the following states. Due to the reach of our carrier, not all zip codes are serviceable in these areas:

Shipping Delays

Delivery dates and transit times are not guaranteed, and packages may be delayed due to errors on the part of the carrier service, dangerous weather, and other factors outside of our control.

If your shipment does not arrive within 10 business days of the projected delivery date, and you purchased ROUTE Package Protection, please file a claim with Route’s team hereIf you did not purchase ROUTE Package Protection, please contact customer service at cs@giantvapes.com!

Safe Delivery Guarantee

We guarantee that your Giant Vapes order will arrive intact and undamaged. If your shipment or an item in your shipment arrives damaged, just email a photo of the package and damaged item along with a detailed description of the damage to cs@giantvapes.com, and we'll make it right.

All damaged shipment reports must be received via email within 24 hours of the delivery scan.

Mail & Freight Forwarding Services

Any shipment, item, or order that has been forwarded, redirected, repackaged or relabeled by any business or individual other than Giant Vapes or the original mail carrier is no longer covered by our safe delivery guarantee or by any warranty.

Pre-Orders

Some products may be purchased as a pre-order with an estimated date of receipt of stock given to you before your order. The estimated date given at time of order is subject to change, as it is only an estimate given to Giant Vapes by a third party manufacturer. Orders of this kind will be shipped within 2 business days of receipt of the items by Giant Vapes from the item manufacturer. If our orders exceed our current capacity and prevent us from meeting this 2 business day turnaround, we will update the content of this section of our site accordingly.
