First, my vape history started with the local Avail store I have only known Avail juices. Apparently all of the Avail store have now closed I was devastated. I tried other juices and did not like at all. I searched the web and found Giant Vapes carried the Avail juices. I ordered 3 of my Grandpa's choice. Less than a week after I placed my order I was notified that my shipment had arrived. I went to the mail box and found the envelope from Giant Vape and it was empty. It is apparent that the US Postal service carrier in my area is a thief. I have filed a complaint with USPS. I also emailed Giant Vape to let them know what had happened. Giant Vape apologized and I said I know you did not mail an empty package. Without hesitation the fine people at Giant Vape said we will package your order again and ship the next day no charge. I could not believe that they would even consider this option but they did with out hesitation. My package arrived 5 days later as they said they would. This is OUTSTANDING Customer Service. You have a customer for life. Thank you for standing by your product and company. I thank you very much for what you did. I am happy to have my Avail Grandpa's choice once again. I look forward to shopping with this fine company. Thank you. Michael

The Avail juices are amazing however they seem to be sold out when i try to order and also i can't use my earned rewards without referring someone to them. I will most likely never refer anyone just because of that. basically, if I can find a juice that can compare to the avail juices that i use, i would never use Giant vapes again. i even tried to contact them through e-mail and never got a reply back. I have been using Avail juices for years and used to pick them up at their Richmond Va facility until they even stopped that.
